In August, Susie and I would have lived in Hays and worked at the mission for a year. With this milestone, I am going to refocus my blogs from the ordinary and day to day life in Hays and on Ft. Belknap to the more out of the ordinary. My blogs will spend more time on unique events, ceremonies, and rituals. I am also going to focus my writing more on the conversations I had on a regular basis with people. During the first year, we became very close to people in the community.
